The measure of an institution
Our Standards.
A private institution is defined not by what it offers, but by what it holds itself to. These are the standards by which Molliora asks to be judged.
I
Independence
Molliora is answerable only to the families it serves. We accept no commissions, no referral fees, and no incentives from hospitals, clinics, laboratories, or insurers. When we recommend a specialist, there is exactly one reason: we believe they are right for you.
II
Discretion
Health is the most private dimension of family life. Records are held under strict confidentiality, access is limited to those the family designates, and nothing about a family — including whether it is a member at all — is disclosed to anyone.
III
Responsiveness
Questions deserve answers measured in hours, not weeks. Every family is known personally by its Health Director; no member ever explains their history to a stranger, waits in a queue, or navigates a portal to be heard.
IV
Continuity
One record, one strategy, one institution — across providers, borders, and generations. When a child becomes an adult, when a family relocates, when a specialist retires, the thread of care remains unbroken.
V
Evidence
Recommendations rest on established science and the counsel of leading specialists — never on fashion, franchise, or convenience. Where medicine is uncertain, we say so, and we seek second opinions as a discipline, not an exception.
VI
Stewardship
We think in decades. Prevention over reaction, planning over urgency, the health of the next generation weighed alongside the health of this one. That is what it means to hold a family’s health in trust.
